Your account

  • You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Your content

  • You own the websites, text, images and Brain knowledge you create with Wishly.
  • You grant us permission to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you.
  • You must have the right to use anything you upload or ask Wishly to publish.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use Wishly for unlawful, deceptive, harmful or infringing content.
  • Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the platform or another customer's data.
  • We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.

AI-generated content

  • Wishly uses AI to create websites and answer questions. Output can occasionally be inaccurate.
  • You are responsible for reviewing what is published, particularly prices, legal wording and professional claims.

Plans and billing

  • Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from your billing page.
  • Fair usage limits apply to AI generations so the service stays fast for everyone.

Availability and liability

  • We work hard to keep Wishly available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous twelve months.

Changes

  • We may update these terms as Wishly develops and will tell you about significant changes in advance.
