You own the content, source files and published websites you create with Wishly, and you can export or move them.

You are responsible for the accuracy of claims, prices and regulatory statements on your own website.

Do not use Wishly for unlawful content, to impersonate others, to send unsolicited messages, or in a way that undermines the security of the service.

Credit allowances are subject to the fair use page.

Plans are billed monthly in advance at the prices published on the pricing page. You can change or cancel at any time, effective from the next period.

We work to keep Wishly available and to recover safely from failures, but the service is provided without warranty of uninterrupted operation.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.
