Written to be understood. This explains what Wishly stores, why, and what control you have.
What we collect
- Account details you give us: your name, email address and optional company name.
- Content you create: the descriptions you write, the websites Wishly builds for you, and the knowledge you add to an AI Brain.
- Conversations and enquiries captured by an AI Brain on a website you own.
- Basic usage records so we can show you your activity and apply fair usage limits.
How we use it
- To build, save, edit and publish the websites you ask for.
- To let your AI Brain answer questions using the knowledge you have added.
- To keep your account secure, prevent abuse and provide support.
- To send service messages about your account. We do not sell your data.
AI processing
- Your descriptions and Brain knowledge are sent to an AI model provider so a response can be generated.
- Your private business information is not used to train shared public models.
- Each AI Brain is isolated to your account and is never shared with another customer.
Websites you review
- When you ask Wishly to review an existing website, we read the public page at the address you enter.
- We never modify a website you already own, and we never sign into anything on your behalf.
Your rights
- You can access, correct, export or delete your information at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.
- Deleting a project deletes its website content, Brain knowledge and conversations.
