Privacy

Your email address and account details, the projects and conversations you create, the sources you add to a project Brain, and basic technical logs needed to run the service.

Your project content and Brain sources are used to build and run your own project only. They are not used to build anyone else's website.

AI providers process the content needed to answer a request; we do not send your credentials.

If you activate a live assistant, visitor conversations are stored under that project and encrypted at rest. Lead details are only captured with consent.

You can delete a project, a Brain source or your account. Deleted content is removed from active systems, and backups age out.
